All condominiums are privately owned and A LIMITED NUMBER ARE PRIVATELY RENTED BY THE OWNERS for a minimum of one month.
AGAIN, these BY-OWNER RENTALS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR LESS THAN 30 DAYS. The association office will gladly assist in providing general property information.
It is our understanding that currently there are rentals available during the Summer of 2025 and the Winter of 2026. Our owners have requested that when seeking rentals, you do so at your earliest convenience.
The condominium parking facilities provide two handicapped accessible spaces that are located closest to the entrance of both buildings. There are elevators in each building, allowing guests with mobility disabilities to access all three floors. The property is equipped with lighted emergency lights. The individual owners have not renovated any of the condos at the Monte Christo for ADA accessibility.
